CommunityWise is a small nonprofit charity and we rely on financial support from a range of sources (donations, rentals, grants) to fulfill our mission as a nonprofit hub.
Here are some ways to financially support CommunityWise through making a donation:
You can donate online through our Canada Helps page. Both one-time and recurring monthly donations are graciously accepted.
Check us out on ATB Cares! We receive a matching 20% donation by ATB when you donate this way (while matching funds are available).
CommunityWise is also on the Benevity Causes Portal. If your employer has a workplace giving program and uses Benevity to manage their matching gifts, please encourage them to look us up!
Facebook Fundraisers is a fundraising option that allows you to encourage your friends to donate. Set up a fundraiser within your Facebook account and select CommunityWise Resource Centre as the organization you are raising funds for. We will then receive the donations through the PayPal Giving Fund.
Cheques can be made out to “CommunityWise Resource Centre” and mailed to #101, 223 12 Avenue SW. Calgary, AB. T2R 0G9.
