Additionally, members renting offices must:
- Pay an annual membership fee of $40
- Must be a registered non-profit or charitable organization
- Pay damage deposit for the use of common room spaces of $200
- Pay a damage deposit for your office (based on size of office)
- Provide a certificate of insurance
- One key for each of the following: office, building access fob, common rooms key, mail box (if applicable)
- Access to common room bookings
- Access to our electronic member’s memo, programs, workshops and events provided by CommunityWise and other members.
