CWRC provides affordable common room rentals to our members for meetings, workshops, events, and programming. Rental costs listed are for 4 hour time periods. CommunityWise requests at least 7 days notice for room booking cancellations and charges for day-of cancellations.

1. Main Common Room ( capacity 70) $55 evenings $30 daytime

Seating: 60 stacking chairs (10 folding chairs available)
Tables: 28 four foot folding and 12 six foot folding tables

Adjacent Kitchenette use no extra cost (dishwasher, microwave, 2 kettles, sink, cutlery, dishes, mugs, 2 fridges, cookware).
2. Board Room (capacity 25) $30 evenings $20 daytime
Size: 500 sq. feet
Accessibility: Wheelchair accessible. No threshold at door, wires embedded under carpeting
Lighting: T8 tubes primary with bulbs on dimmer switches
Internet: Wireless access and Ethernet
Seating: 10 Chairs (folding chairs available)
Tables: 2 board Tables. Folding tables are available

Sound System: available upon request
3. Dance Studio $25 evening $20 daytime
Size: 350 sq. feet
Accessibility: wheelchair accessible, no threshold at doors

4. Common Room 2 ( capacity 50) $55 evenings $30 daytime

Seating: Assorted. Two 2-seaters make up coffee table space, 4 chairs around round table, 2 workstations. Extra folding tables and chairs available. Large whiteboard on wall

5. Common Room 3 ( capacity 50) $55 evenings $30 daytime
Size: 650 sq. feet

Seating and Tables: One Social area comfortably seats 10 in a circle. Square table comfortably seats 4, additional 3-seater couch. Assorted folding tables and chairs available.
