CommunityWise rents Common Room space to CommunityWise Members
We rent rooms to Members at affordable rates for meetings, workshops, events, rehearsals, programs etc. Rental costs are for 4 hour time periods. CommunityWise requests at least 7 days notice for room booking cancellations and charges for day-of cancellations.

Adjacent Kitchen use no extra cost (oven, range, dishwasher, microwave, double sink, cutlery, dishes, mugs, 2 fridges, cookware).
2. Board Room (capacity 25) $30 evenings $20 daytime
Size: 400 sq. feet
Accessibility: 2nd floor: 22 stairs, not wheelchair accessible
Lighting: T8 tubes primary with bulbs on dimmer switches
Internet: Wireless and Router access
Seating: 16 Swivel Chairs (folding chairs available)
Tables: 3 board Tables all on wheels. Two 2 1/2 x 5 feet. One circular 3 1/2 foot diameter (folding tables available)
Projector: Installed in room
Sound System: Installed.
Adjacent Kitchenette (sink, cutlery, dishes, mugs, mini fridge, toaster oven)
3. Dance Studio $25 evening $20 daytime

Accessibility: Basement, not wheelchair accessible

South and East walls include attached 6 foot mirrors for entire walls. North and West walls have wood hand rails

Stacking Chairs, Folding chairs also available. Picnic Table, 2 BBQ’s (propane provided), Large wheelchair accessible paver area flower and vegetable growing areas, compost bins, wireless access.
Shared Use Rooms available to members evenings and weekends
